Greater Waterbury YMCA invites proposals to child care classroom renovations

The Greater Waterbury YMCA is requesting Architectural, Engineering, and Consulting Services for Renovations and Site work Upgrades to 83 Prospect Street, Waterbury CT 06702.
The project will consist of renovation of 2000 sq. ft. of program space to become Licensed Child Care Classrooms with a shared bathroom.
The request is for the firm to provide Program Review, Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding Services, Construction Administration, and FFE/Project Closeout services as related to the subject project.
Requirements:
Architectural Firms must meet the following requirements:
- Applicants must be licensed, bonded, and insured. Proof required once selected.
- Have a team capable of providing all the necessary services to execute the project.
- Have demonstrated experience in the planning and execution of projects of a similar nature.
- Experience with early childhood facilities construction projects is preferred.
