Our members have spoken and we are listening! Now YMCA Family members can enjoy a whole week of free family activities.  Everything from rock climbing to Gaga to Family Pound class...check out the new schedule HERE

This schedule is made possible through a new Y-USA grant for a parent/child obesity program called Healthy Weight and Your Child- coming soon in 2019!

Family time at the Y is about giving families as a unit, and as individuals, the opportunities to deepen relationships, develop new skills and interests, improve their health and well-being, and connect to the community. That's why our family membership gives you access to all kinds of healthy activities you can enjoy together.

Running NOW: Diabetes Prevention Program!

If you’re at risk for type 2 diabetes, you can make small, measurable changes that can reduce your risk and help you live a happier, healthier life. Change is tough. The Y can help.

The program features 25 sessions delivered over the course of one year led by a certified, trained, lifestyle coach in a group setting that offers motivation and support. YMCA facility membership included. Session one has begun, but ask to be placed on the interest list for the next session!

The YMCA's Diabetes Prevention Program helps overweight adults at risk for type 2 diabetes reduce their risk of developing the disease by taking steps that will improve their overall health and well-being. Click HERE for more details.
