Whether you are brand new to exercise or looking to take your workouts to the next level, our trainers provide guidance, accountability, and support every step of the way.

YMCA Personal Trainers are highly qualified and fully certified. Training sessions are conducted in the Wellness Center or the MX4 Room using a variety of equipment, including cardio machines, kettlebells, stability balls, resistance bands, dumbbells, medicine balls, and more to create effective, engaging workouts.

At the Y, personal training is about more than exercise. It is about building sustainable habits, feeling your best, and discovering what your body is capable of in a supportive and welcoming environment.
