Beginner Running Program
Members $55 / Non-Members $75
Join our Beginner Running Program and safely work your way up to a 5k in 10 weeks. The program will start off Week 1 solely walking, and each week we will add longer jogging intervals. The new friends you meet in the program will hold you accountable to the weekly runs! By race day, you will feel confident and ready to complete a 5K road race at your own pace, injury free. All ages are welcome.
Level 2 Running Program
Our Level 2 Running program is for anyone who has past running experience and would like to become a better and faster runner. We train specifically for the Litchfield Hills Road Rae, a 7 mile race on Sunday, June 9th, 2019. Workouts include long runs (two on the actual race course), speed work, track workouts and hill workouts.

Sunday – 9 am
*Participants are not expected to be at every run.
Most runs leave from the YMCA Front Steps
