What's Required
Registration Form:
Registration for the 2008 summer is going on now! Don't miss out, many of our programs are FILLED by April 1st. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first serve basis.
Physical Examination:
State Law requires that all campers have a health
form completed by a physician prior to camp, which includes a physical
exam within the past 36 months.
Health form required on record by
June 1 of each camp year.
A health form is included with the
Camp Oakasha Registration form. Click here to download or call 203-754-2181 to request that one
be sent to you.
New Convenient Payment Options:
1) EZ Pay: Provide us with credit card information (Visa or Matercard) and we will divide your balance into equal monthly payments that we will automatically charge through September. This convenient plan allows you to spread your payments out two months further than our traditional billing.
2) Monthly Billing: Payments can still be made in installments beginning April 1st. We will provide you with an even monthly payment schedule through July and send you monthly invoices that you can pay with check, Visa or Matercard. (Please bring cash to the YMCA).
3) Pay in Full: You can still pay off the entire balance if you choose.
Full payment or a 25% non-refundable deposit must accompany your registration form. A $5 late charge will be applied to each late payment.
Financial Assistance:
Our goal is to provide quality programs
to all. The YMCA extends financial assistance based upon demonstrated
need and availability of funds. Please contact the Waterbury YMCA
to obtain a financial assistance form. (203)754-2181 x104
All Financial Aid applications must be
received by April 7, 2007.
Splitting Sessions:
Parents who wish to split a session to accommodate vacations, sports camps, etc, must clearly
indicate on the registration form the week their child will attend during a selected session. Child must be enrolled for a
minimum of 4 weeks to split sessions. Any split session registrations must be made before April 1st. Contact the YMCA,
754-2181 x118. Space is limited.
Pricing
Podunk, Mohegan, Nehantic, or Cherokee Programs:
$335 per 2 week session.
$170 for Sessions 1 and 6 (one week each)
CIT Program:
$335 per 4 week session
